Video exhibits second police arrest Duane

The second Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested for the 1996 homicide of rapper Tupac Shakur was caught on digital camera by the Las Vegas Metro Police Division. 

The video, obtained by CBS affiliate KLAS-TV, exhibits an officer strategy Davis close to his Henderson, Las Vegas, dwelling on the morning of Sept. 29.

Davis has beforehand described himself as a witness to the homicide, writing in his 2019 memoir that he was within the automobile that Shakur was shot from, and implicating his nephew Orlando “Child Lane” Anderson as considered one of two individuals within the again seat the place the pictures had been fired.
